Jane de Leon survives dengue, returns to ‘Darna’ set

Jane de Leon has returned to the set of ABS-CBN’s ‘Mars Ravelo’s Darna’ after surviving her bout with dengue.

Jane de Leon has returned to the set of ABS-CBN’s Mars Ravelo’s Darna after surviving her bout with dengue, it was announced on Thursday, December 8.

On Twitter, producer JRB Creative Production posted a beaming photo of Jane while preparing to shoot scenes for Darna at the ABS-CBN sound stages in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan.

“SHE’S BACK! #DarnaNoOnesArc ngayong gabi na!” the tweet read.

The update came after Jane herself announced her return via Instagram, telling fans that she’s back despite not being fully recovered from her illness yet.

“Hello! I’m back! Thank you for all the love and prayers! Nagpapalakas pa rin pero lavaaarn na!” she said

.

It was on December 1 when Jane, 24, announced that she had tested positive for dengue and urinary tract infection.

“Hi everyone! Sorry if I’m not active lately… I’m still sick. I was tested positive with dengue & UTI,” she said on Instagram Stories.

“I won’t be able to reply but I promise to see you guys soon. Thank you for all the prayers.”
