Neri Naig puts up her own agency: ‘Manager na ako!’
Celebrity entrepreneur Neri Naig Miranda revealed she is now venturing into talent management with the launch of her new management company, Wais Communications.
Apart from getting her college degree and putting up numerous businesses during the past few years, Neri Naig Miranda adds one more feather onto her cap as she announces a new milestone in her life, this time as a talent manager. The 37-year-old celebrity mom revealed she will now be handling endorsements for her family which includes husband Chito Miranda, their two sons Miguel and Cash, and adopted daughter Pia.
In her social media post last December 12, Neri shared the good news. She wrote,
“Manager na akooo!!!
“Mula ngayon, ako na po mismo ang magma-manage at magha-handle ng mga endorsements ng family namin.
“Syempre si Chito as Parokya, sa TopBeat pa rin yan. Si Anne pa rin dapat kausapin pag may kinalaman sa banda ang inquiry.
“Mamaya, ishe-share ko na sa inyo ang pinaka-unang project namin under Wais Comm. isang fastfood chain na paborito namin, at paborito ng mga Pinoy. Ano kaya yun? ”
Neri revealed that it was actually Star Magic head Lauren Dyogi who gave her the idea to start her own agency since their family had already been approached by several brands for endorsement deals.
In the same post, she wrote, “Ayun na nga, since nilalapitan na ako ng mga brands, companies, at agencies, at may sarili na rin naman akong prod team, ang Wais na Misis Productions, I think panahon na para magtayo na rin ako ng sarili kong managing company.
“It was Direk Lauren (Dyogi) who suggested na gumawa na ako ng sarili kong agency, and nag-agree naman si Chito.
“Medyo hesitant ako nung una, pero with my husband’s support, na-convince nila ako. At eto na nga, ipinakikilala ko na ang @waiscommunicationsinc na maghahandle na sa Miranda Family.”
In her post, Neri also added that her new agency will not just benefit her own family, but also has the potential to help other women entrepreneurs as well.
