Celeste Cortesi off to US to prepare for Miss Universe pageant

Miss Universe Philippines 2022 Celeste Cortesi left the Philippines last December 16 for the United States to prepare for the upcoming 71st Miss Universe competition. ABS-CBN journalist Dyan Castillejo and the Miss Universe Philippines Organization shared some snaps of the beauty queen at the airport.
Celeste will be competing in the 71st Miss Universe pageant and is eyeing a fifth crown for the country.
The 25-year-old beauty queen was sporting a simple all-white outfit for her send off. Netizens commented how comfortable yet stunning Celeste looked in her tracksuit.

Prior to her departure, Celeste was given a send-off party by the Miss Universe Philippines organization led by former beauty queen Shamcey Supsup-Lee. The photos were also shared on their official social media accounts.
Celeste uploaded a TikTok video on her Instagram stories with only ‘otw’ as her caption. She was seen walking elegantly towards the boarding gate of the airport terminal in the said video.
Meanwhile, the 71st edition of the Miss Universe competition is slated to happen on January 14, 2023 ( January 15 PH Time).
