Ara Mina celebrated the birthday of her daughter Amanda Gabrielle, who turned eight years old on December 17.

Ara Mina celebrated the birthday of her daughter Amanda Gabrielle, who turned eight years old on Saturday, December 17.

As seen on Instagram, the actress threw a fun pool party for Amanda which was attended by their family and friends, including her sister Cristine Reyes and friend Melissa Ricks.

Sharing her birthday message for her daughter, Ara said, “Before this day ends… Happy 8th birthday my piece of heart! Words are not sufficient to put across my feelings and love for you. I will always protect you and be there for you. I love you always, @myamandagabrielle.”

Ara shares Amanda with her former partner, politician Patrick Meneses.

The FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano star is now married to businessman Dave Almarinez. The two tied the knot in a star-studded ceremony in Baguio last year, after dating for more than three years.

Previously, Ara opened up about her wish to start a family with Dave in an interview with PUSH.

“We’ll try to have a baby this year,” she said. “Basta kung ano… si Lord na ang bahala diyan, kita mo in God’s perfect time ibibigay naman Niya yon. Kasi sabi ko nga wala akong hiniling na hindi ibinibigay ni Lord, maghihintay ka lang.”

“So hinihiling ko kasi magkaroon kami ng isang anak. Ako gusto ko kong magka-baby boy, gusto rin naman niyang magka-baby boy din,” she added.
