Mikey Bustos snags first acting role in Hollywood: ‘It’s a dream I’ve secretly been hoping for!’
Vlogger Mikey Bustos talked about making his dream come true to finally get the chance to act in Hollywood.
After celebrating his 10th anniversary with his partner RJ Garcia in Plantation Bay Resort and Spa in Cebu City last week, vlogger Mikey Bustos broke some major news to his followers on social media right before Christmas.
Mikey announced that he had just wrapped up shooting his first acting role in Hollywood.
On his Instagram account last December 24, the 41-year-old singer and actor wrote: ”It’s a wrap!” Wrapped yesterday for my first-ever Hollywood tv/film role. Crazy right?!”
“Never imagined this day would come, as it’s a dream I’ve secretly been hoping for/working toward since I was a kid. If you’re an actor friend of mine, I’ve probably bugged you at least once about how to get into professional acting,” he added.
He went on: “But as Lady Gaga once said, ‘It only takes one person to believe in you.’ Someone finally did, and my heart couldn’t be more grateful! It feels like the start of something truly exciting. I never want it to end! Ever. I also was able to work with some of the most incredible human beings I’ve ever met in my life!”
Mikey also gave his holiday greetings to his followers. The YouTuber and AntsCanada founder also assured his fans he would be sharing more updates about his international project soon.

In 2019, Mikey and RJ bought an 82-acre fruit and vegetable farm in Cavite where they built their dream home and company house which they called the “Mabuhay Squad Farm.”
In 2021, the couple bought another 4,200-square-meter lot adjacent to the first one they purchased.
